The Analog Devices LTM4644IY#PBF is a complete quad-output step-down µModule® (micromodule) regulator integrating the switching controller, power FETs, inductor, and support components in a compact 9 mm × 15 mm × 5.01 mm BGA package. Each of the four channels delivers up to 4 A continuous (5 A peak) output current, and channels can be easily paralleled to provide a single high-current rail up to 16 A.
